The Flextrans ® support frame represents an entirely new method for handling flexible printed circuit boards and materials during a one-and two-sided coating process, e.g. Spray coating or curtain coating.
The simplicity of the system features is unique and makes working in the coating of flexible printed circuit boards easy and inexpensive.
It is a requirement to fulfill. On both long sides of the flexible material 4 holes must be available that can be used for fixing. When inserting the material the holes of the material are taken by special pins and the unit can be processed as a rigid printed circuit board.

Technical Description:
4 pins on each side to take the flexible material into the 4 holes on each side. The clever arrangement and shape of the pins the material is maintained and can be placed vertically and vice versa even without sliding of the pins. The handling in commercial handling systems is therefore completely given.
Automation of loading and unloading can be realized with adapted loader and unloader for series production process.
